Failure Symptoms

A complete cessation of engine operation or severe performance issues, such as excessive smoke or noise, are immediate indicators of a problem. If the engine fails, the equipment becomes inoperable, halting all work. Continued operation with a compromised engine can lead to extensive and costly damage to the entire powertrain.

Installation Tip

Ensure all fluid lines (fuel, oil, coolant) are properly flushed and free of contaminants before connecting them to the new engine component. Double-check all electrical connections to prevent diagnostic trouble codes.

Service Note

Replace all associated engine fluids, filters (oil, fuel, air), and coolant hoses when installing a new engine component.
